The Lane County Stand Down will be held September 11, 2026 at the Lane Event Center in the Performance Hall, Gleason Atrium, Meeting Room 1, and Meeting Room 2.
Exhibitor set up is Thursday, the day before Stand Down, between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm. If your set up time will go later than that, please contact Martin McClure at 541-214-9263.
Health and Personal Care providers and Service Agency Exhibitors must be ready to serve our Veterans at 8:00 am on Friday.
Job Fair Exhibitors must be ready when the Job Fair opens at 9:00 am.
Exhibitors providing goods to our Veterans must be at their table and ready to serve our Veterans by 10:00 am on Friday.
There is no charge for tables in these areas. Tables are offered on a “space available” basis. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please indicate the total number of tables you would like to have in the form below.
Doors open at 7:00 am for Veteran registration and breakfast and for exhibitor check-in.
